The french press is a delicious way to make Rooster Farms 100% Kona Cert. Org. Coffee. Remember to start with your best drinking water, heat until just before boiling, pour over a measured amount of grinds, (instructions and meas. scoop incl.), stir, wait 4 minutes, plunge and pour, then enjoy your Rooster coffee at its richest.

The Rooster now offers 100%Kona fancy grade certified organic green bean coffee as a regular item for those of you with home roasters.

Rooster Farms Enters The 21st Century

The Rooster has carefully and thoroughly checked the coffee fields,and has found all coffee trees to be Y2K compliant. Your supply of Rooster Farms 100% Kona Certified Organic Coffee will continue into the next century.

100% Kona Coffee farmers settle lawsuit with counterfeiters

The Kona Coffee community has reached an agreement with various wholesalers and retailers who know-ingly defrauded the coffee consumers by selling other coffees labeled as 100% Kona coffee.

The Rooster feels it is a huge victory for the 100% Kona Coffee industry and their efforts protect the name and reputation of 100% Kona coffee. He hopes this will also encourage point of origin and truth in labeling throughout the coffee industry.
