A Permaculture Jungle Farm

Rethinking farming! When visiting our farm you will see we do not have neat rows and grass fields. We have many varietals of plants all intercropped with each other, our Turmeric and Coffee work together creating a nutrient-rich microbiome and supporting the growth of each. A wild agroforest -!

ORGANIC FARMING

Why organic? Why ask why! Why ^shouldn’t^ we know what we put into our bodies and what effects any harmful foods or products may have in the short and long term, and to our one Earth?. We harvest, process and maintain our coffee from seed to cup and monitor each step of the way with our own eyes and hands :]

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING

"Touring Rooster Farm has been one of our favorite experiences while on the big island. Ed and Tara were incredibly knowledgeable..If you’re looking for a polished, corporate-feeling coffee plantation with dozens of workers, memorized tour scripts, and fancy machinery, this probably isn’t the right tour for you. If you’re instead hoping to find a small, locally-run business with owners who are passionate about their craft, I would highly recommend a tour of this farm." --janey12
